Our family has lived in or within an hour of the Raleigh area for most of our lives. We currently live on the border of Apex and Cary, but have lived in almost every part of Wake Co.

I have been around the construction industry my whole life. My family owned a building supply and a millwork (door and window) company as I was growing up. After graduating from NC State in 2001, I started a career selling different types of building materials and services. This ranged from engineered wood and structural design, to roof  and floor trusses, custom cabinets, and stone pavers and veneer.

In 2007, just before our second child was born, I got my NC contractors license for residential and commercial building. I continued in the building materials industry while doing small projects at night and on weekends. Small projects turned into bigger projects and now we can offer full design/build services for residential and commercial projects.

Southern Charm Construction and Remodeling can do anything big or small, but specializes in kitchen and bath remodels, room or porch additions, and investment property rehab. We also can help with small commercial upfits. I like to be personally involved in every project and like to do a lot of the work myself.
